  5. Hey Liezl I'm really struggling to lose weight and I've watched a lot of your videos to get good ideas and workout ideas. But do you think a person's blood group has any impact on the types of food that person should consume? For example, I saw in an article that Avocados and Eggs are not very helpful in weight loss for people with the O+ blood group…
    Would be really grateful if you could help me out here… 😭❤️

    I`ve been making use of this diet “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) for a few weeks right now and so far I adore them! I have the energy I want without controlling my desire for foods without having making me really feel jittery. I have not changed everything else I am doing and also have lost 7 lbs. .
