  2. Thank you Dana for saying that it is more like Vanilla w/cookie chunks. I will not be springing for tub of that. You are an honest reviewer, I'll take your word on it. Best to get out a large blender, put in Vanilla & a few sugar free Oreos, or something of that nature.

  7. I also use IS to comp to shakeology (too expensive right now) I add PB powders to up the protein and sometimes add it to energy balls or yogurt. Nothing has beat shakeology vegan all around but life is life. Anyone using this, don't blend the milk or shake powder unless you want a very creamy frothy texture. Chocolate almost tastes like hot chocolate powder mix it's very good, not too sweet, and even chunks of powder are good, no after taste.

    The calories are low and more in the "snack" range but I bulk mine up or add it with oatmeal or egg whites or something as a whole meal option. It does carry you a long while very well.

    Thanks for this review!! After three years of five failed IVF transfers (and God knows how much synthetic progesterone…) I have gained 70 pounds 🙁 I am back at the gym but looking for something to "boost" my weight loss because of all the hormones I have been on the last fee years. I am also following the 21 day fix as I like the clean eating style…but as much as I like the shakeology, it is too damn expensive…I came across idealshape and of course turned to YouTube! I got two small packets off their site to see if I like the flavor before buying. Anyways, thanks for sharing!

  9. Restricting calories like that all day then eating a normal dinner is just not a good healthy way to lose weight. It will not be sustainable because once you stop this diet the weight will all come back plus more because your body is going to be in starvation mode. You should eat real food and workout and get good sleep to sustain the weight loss. Losing weight is tough I totally understand because I have three children and have cysts and celiac disease. But I eat whole foods unprocessed and the weight is coming off I jog now and that helps too!:) I hope you get to your goal and can sustain the weightloss:)

  13. I have pcos and have for several years . I have cysts , weight loss issue , hair growth , etc. I have it all. To lost the weight and be healthy . Checking your blood is a great idea. A lot people are low on b12 and other vitamins that have pcos. Eat healthy and clean . All those chemicals aren't good at all. Try giving up meats and dairy with a lot of meals , it will help a lot especially for pcos. There is a great support group for pcos on fb. Good luck and congrats on feeling good .

I soooo need to check and see if PCOS could be something that I have.  I have some of the symptoms of PCOS and I have had an extremely hard time losing weight.  No matter what I do, I can't seem to lose.  I am able to maintain my weight with diet and exercise but that's all.  I have about 20 lbs that I need to lose as well.

  16. Not a healthy wAy to do this at all… I have pcos and lost 70+ lbs 3 times after kids.. The chemicals in those things are horrible and to only lose 7lbs is just not good… Workout- eat clean foods

    270 calories for breakfast and lunch combined with a caffine pill? Wow, I really hope you are eating something with this stuff. That is not healthy.

  19. I'm happy you are seeing progress. I'm doing the 21 day fix program and I'm down 16.8 lbs since January 1st. The thing with this program is I'm eating all real food so it's something I can completely continue doing. Are you worried that when you hit your goal and you stop drinking most of your meals that you will have a harder time keeping the weight off or do you think your regular diet will maintain?
