Broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Regular salt 1 Teaspoon (to taste)
1. In a big nonstick griddle roast tortilla on both sides applying butter until brown.
2. Spread shredded cheese over it and fold.
3. Remove from the griddle and cut into wedges.
4. Pack in the lunch box along with some steamed broccoli.
You can include chopped vegetables and olives if you want.
