Green Smoothie
ingredients:

1 apple, cored

Large handful of Kale

1 celery stick

2 sprigs mint leaves

Juice of 1 – 2 lemons or limes

1 inch piece of ginger or turmeric

1 tablespoon chia seeds

2 – 4 cups liquid to cover ingredients

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Directions

Blend all ingredients until well incorporated and enjoy!

Note: you can add more or less liquid to your smoothie, depending on the consistency that you like.
