IMO if you have to use "diet", "reduced fat", "light" products to make a 100 cal snack, then it is not worth it, also anything can be a 100 if you portion it right. This video didn't even mention the portion sizes at which each snack is a 100 cal, I wonder if they amount they showed was under a 100 cals.
