  14. Example Of A Low Sugar Diet Plan:
    *Low sugar breakfast – 2 pasture raised egg, 1/2 avocado and a cup of black coffee.
    *Low sugar lunch – big leafy green salad with a can of sardines and olives.
    *Low sugar dinner – 6oz piece of fish with 3 different color vegetables and a small glass of wine.

  15. I quit sugar too!! It definitely took me longer than five days but you can definitely come a long way in that amount of time.
