This is a simple but very effective workout involving just 5 exercises. It will make your butt rounder and more lifted. You do each exercise for 90 seconds going to failure. I also highly recommend bands for this workout because they’ll help you see better results. Beginners can do this 3x a week and everyone else 4-5x.
